Uploaded new patch. This targets r174491 which is basically the same, but those
binaries got built with package.sh including the patch that glider landed here:

glider has also landed the "do not strip asan builds" patch here:

and "pin clang version for mac asan bots" here:

Abhishek, FYI this roll may break your CF builders.
Until I'm done making the new ASan work with Chrome on Mac, you'll need to pass
--is-asan-mac-builder to tools/clang/scripts/update.sh or pin the Clang revision
somehow else.

i am not using the mac builders yet. I remember there was some issues with
symbols in asan for mac builds, is that fixed yet, if yes, i need to try with
asan for mac for some of the physical boxes i have.
