Does this depend on the version of the plugin? For older versions, we don't send
the dpi, and I'm not sure if the width and height are expressed in DIPs in that
case. Please update the comment to explain the former point (and the latter, if
relevant).

See below - if the plugin doesn't support notifyClientResolution then we use
notifyClientDimensions, which just sends the width and height in DIPs.

Under the hood notifyClientResolution adds the "legacy" DIPs-based width &
height.
