When preparing https://codereview.chromium.org/11779023/ I ran
gles2_cmd_decoder.cc through cpplint.py and found a bunch of niggly errors.

I wasn't sure what the best way of fixing this was. To do it on the CL or in a
separate CL. WDYT?

LGTM. Separate CL better since if the one with semantic change needs to be
reverted, you're less likely to run into conflicts etc. It's also a bit clearer
for people doing git blame that this was just a style fix.
