Description

Don't truncate graph and trace names for perf results. This was an arbitrary limit that isn't necessary and truncation broke Dromaeo results which have unique parts after 40 characters. BUG=164015 TEST=None Committed: https://src.chromium.org/viewvc/chrome?view=rev&revision=172733
