nit: "Learn more" is a common string. Unfortunately all the other uses are in
chrome/app/...grd[p]. It might be worthwhile to anticipate other users and make
this IDS_ASH_LEARN_MORE or move it to ui/base/strings/ui_strings.grd and
potentially use this instead of other IDS_*LEARN_MORE.

I renamed the string to IDS_ASH_LEARN_MORE. I agree that consolidating it with
all the other "Learn more" strings in Chrome would be even better but there are
so many of them that it would be a huge undertaking - one better left for a
separate clean-up CL.
