Export the build type as part of Android's build bot baseline setup

The WebKit tester builds in release mode, which we need to tell the run_tests.py
script about. Otherwise it'll assume a debug build, causing it to be unable to
find the webkit_unit_tests and TestWebKitAPI APKs.

This seems cleaner than passing either --release or --debug everywhere (or a
hypothetical --build-type argument). PTAL!

I think it is preferable to add a --buildtype $BUILDTYPE argument for run_tests.
 I do not want to add exported variables because it makes it harder to track
dependencies in buildbot_functions.

We already have --release and --debug, I don't like adding a third parameter
which duplicates both of them.

Instead, I've changed the script to have a new global variable, BUILDFLAG, which
contains "--release" when building in Release mode.
