Hello open-source-third-party-reviews,
I'm trying to import this package into third_party. According to their site, it
may be licensed as GPLv2+ or BSD. However, they do not include a LICENSE file
for the database itself, only the software that hosts their website. This leads
to a failure in 'tools/license.py scan' to generate a blurb for the
about:credits screen.

How should I handle the lack of a LICENSE/COPYING file?

LGTM
Until they give an actual BSD license with acknowledgements they want, anything
we do would likely be wrong for this particular case.
So just leave it as an an exception for now.

(I'm not worried because the list of USB ids is unlikely to be copyrightable
anyway)
