Description

Remove tap highlighting. Entire list desn't flash entirely on tap anymore. Now only filename highlights. But it looks redundant. BUG=145887 TEST=Enable the "Gesture Tap Highlighting" flag in chrome://flags. Reboot if needed. Tap on a folder in the File Manager.
