I just tested with chromeos=1 on linux, and yes, bug is there too. I've updated
the bug to include OS-Chrome and will prepare another patch to fix
aura&chromeos.

There may be separate issues; RootWindowHostLinux and DesktopRootWindowHostLinux
are two different classes and both implement this.
