We already have traces in the command buffer code for postSubBuffer..() and
prepareTexture(), although they aren't parameterized on width/height.  If you
traced viewport changes and the postSubBuffer..() rect, we'd have everything
here but in a less redundant fashion.  Our traces get really big today, I don't
want to add extra data if we don't need to.

Ah, ok, moving to the command buffer code.

@gman can you please take a look? There are > 1 places that TRACE_EVENT for a
post sub buffer. Is this the best place to add it?
