[gtk] Close zoom bubble immediately when window is closed to avoid orphaned 
bubbles hanging around for up to 1.5 seconds.

you suggested that I should fix this bug. You will notice we almost created to
the same patch, except mine is better for two principal reasons: 1) it handles
the anchor == toplevel case better (I don't know when this case actually
happens) 2) it doesn't write after free.

destroyed as well as the anchor and this causes a double Close()?

nope (and I actually tested that). That's actually the common case. What will
happen is that the first one to fire the destroy signal will cause the BubbleGtk
object to be deleted, and via |signals_| this removes the second signal handler.
