Linux: move dbus-glib target to chromeos-specific section,

Linux: move dbus-glib target to chromeos-specific section,
to avoid introducing unnecessary build-time dependency
on non-chromeos Linux.

This has been raised as Gentoo bug https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=434346
and I've confirmed the problem and the fix.

hashimoto@, I thought we were almost ready to eliminate the dependency to
dbus-glib for chromeos. What's the status here?
chrome/browser/chromeos/cros/network_library.cc seems to be still using it.
Maybe the code is unused now?

Made a patch to remove dbus-glib include.

After my change, I think we can remove dbus-glib lines from gyp files,
install-build-deps.sh and about_os_credits.html.
