Added OtherDateLabel localized string.

Added OtherDateLabel localized string.

It will be used in WebKit for the date suggestion picker popup.

This string will get merged with IDS_FORM_OTHER_COLOR_LABEL because they have
the same English translation.  If you want to force the string to be translated
separately, add a meaning="for date label" to the <message> node.
