cc: Fix CCLayerTreeHostTestScrollMultipleRedraw.runMultiThread test. CCLayerTreeHostImpl::sourceFrameNumber() is not updated until the commit is finished. Use CCLayerTreeHost::commitNumber() instead to determine what scroll position to expect.
