Count all systems with an AMD driver and Intel GPU PCI ID as AMD switchable

Apparently some of these weren't reporting as switchable, which was causing problems.

Marking a single Intel GPU as AMD switchable is wrong, and since we display the

Ah never mind.  I didn't see the AMD driver thing.  LGTM.
