Sorry for the spam but last time I didn't clear the issue number so the owner is
still Garrett and I can't submit the CL.

This time everything is OK and please have another look.

No major change since your last lgtm except that I didn't use the new png files
(reload_dimmed, etc.). I just reuse the existing png files since I don't have
those new files. We really want the users to try out this new UI and we can
update to use the new png files once Garrett is back.
