app_list: Paint background for app item title.

So that they are not drawn on transparency and have artifacts.

As a side effect of turning on layers on AppListItemView, the title is painted
on transparency and has artifacts on some systems. Fixing the issue by painting
a background.

Another possible fix would be set_background_is_transparent(true) to turn off
subpixel rendering. I preferred painting a background over this because keeping
subpixel rendering should look better.
