Hi Nirnimesh,

Could you take a look at this change?

It disables a "type_profiler" option for pyautolib, which is introduced in
http://crrev.com/158752.

The "type_profiler" enables RTTI and includes <typeinfo> for almost all .cc
files (if a build option "clang_type_profiler=1" is specified).

If the option is specified, <typeinfo> conflicts with <Python.h> since Python.h
defines _POSIX_C_SOURCE and _XOPEN_SOURCE by itself.
