Temporarily removed large Dromaeo tests from perf_expectations.json. Will add these back as smaller tests after they are running on the perf bots.

Hi Chase,
My plan is:
1) Submit this CL to remove big dromaeo tests from perf_expectations
2) Submit http://chromiumcodereview.appspot.com/10875078/ to switch to running
smaller tests
3) Update expectations to add in the smaller tests when they are running
smoothly.
4) Remove large dromaeo tests from the codebase entirely.

There may be extra steps to fix the test if it turns out one of the smaller
tests is crashing or taking a long time to run.

Let me know if that sounds reasonable.
