In fact browser_tests and content_browsertests shouldn't be ran because they
don't close the tree. Is blacklisting test binaries supported?

I don't know about the hardware requirements, however. Will the existing trybot

Thanks! I'll land the CL once we have browser_tests and content_browsertests set
as non-default, and we'll see then.

Ok, I can disable the linux_asan bot for now. I'll also try to make the test
list shorter.
WDYT we should do in the long term? Can we add more bots to the pool?
