Remove the protector pyauto tests. This feature is now disabled. When it's rewritten, new tests that run on the chrome waterfall and bots will need to be written (i.e. unit_tests and browser_tests), per the requirements for all features.

Please don't delete protector.py or the code supporting it -- yet. The protector
guts have not been removed yet and still are gathering UMA, so we're trying to
keep them working and running protector.py manually helps. I'll remove it
together with the protector itself.

I see, ok reverted that now and filed 144486 to track this.

Do you know when the proector code will be removed?
