Temporary fix for Mac black-screen issue.

For some reason, the undeprecated APIs that are intended to replace
CGLSetFullScreen cause the display to blank on 10.6. I'll look into why this is
happening another day, but for now here's a quick fix to close out the P0 before
M22 branches.
