Change default host resolution to 1280x800.

Change default host resolution to 1280x800.

1280x800 is resolution of chromebook screens. For clients with higher
resolution 1280x800 is still better because of most modern screens
have 16:10 aspect ratio.

FWIW, the default was chosen to match Xvfb's default size.  I have no objection
to changing this.

I think it would be great if the script could remember the last-used sizes
(stored in host.json) and use them as the default setting for next time you run
the script.

by default in gnome 2 there are two panels, 16 pixels each, 32 pixels total.
Which I think is about the same size or smaller than the chrome OS panel. It's
also configurable in gnome.
