Hi Yoshiki, please take a look.

This unfortunately has a consequence which is that the task grouping for apps
doesn't always look sorted well (i.e. the background page might be first, when
it should be the "Application: x" first) since it just appends to the group. Not
sure if that should be reworked a bit.

LGTM. I think what you said is not a big problem. But it might be better to ask
chrome-ui-leads if necessarily.
