Extensions Docs Server: Apps titles should show "Apps" instead of "Extensions"

Templates now show "Apps" for apps and "Extensions" for extensions.

I'm not sure what other places need similar changes, I changed the parts of
header_body that I knew needed to be changed.

lgtm, though the amount of "is_apps" here is distressing. It'll be hard to keep
that up to date.


The following suggestion isn't possible at the moment, but if I decide it's a
good idea then I'll write it into Handlebar tonight:

Perhaps rather than parameterising with "is_apps", parameterise with the
class-of-thing being described, e.g.

--- extensions_header_body.html
{{+partials.header_body title:"Extensions"}}

--- apps_header_body.html
{{+partials.header_body title:"Apps"}}

--- header_body.html
...

If/when the stackoverflow link changes (I think that it will) you could pass
that in too.

It's probably a typo that these are apps/extensions rather than Apps/Extensions
