"Start Screen" string -> "Start screen"


BUG=140069
TEST= Menu entry in wrench menu in Win8/Metro is "Pin to Start screen" (i.e. uncapitalized "screen").

Hi ben, please take a look:

We also have "Pin to Start Screen" in the
<if expr="pp_ifdef('use_titlecase')">
block, but I think that's ok.

I don't think I need to change the
src\chrome\app\resources\generated_resources_en-GB.xtb file which also contains
this string; those xtb files seem to be auto-generated/updated?
