[UMA] Add " (Metro)" to the OS name for UMA uploads from Chrome running under Windows 8's Metro mode.

This is probably the simplest way to make this change.  The other easy option is
to add an optional boolean |is_metro| field to the protocol buffer that is set
to true when the upload is from a Metro OS.  Let me know if you'd prefer that I
make that change instead.

In either case, we'll likely also need to update the backend scripts to process
the OS version correctly.

Metro vs. Desktop in the long-term, once the main process is shared between the
two.
