This fixes the gyp paths issue that was happening in nacl due to r1466. It's
currently being run as a clobber against the chromium trybot:

Hopefully I can go through this stuff soon with a ton of asserts and
de-magicfiers, and then changes like this will be much more obvious :).

I uploaded a small change which simplifies things, but should be semantically
equivalent. _FixPath lops off the trailing "\\" in all cases, and so we don't
have to check to see if it's there.
