Any reason you added a separate blacklist for the GPU, rather than just add it
to the generic one?

Unlike the generic ones, it passes false as the check_in_browser argument to
BlacklistAddOneDll. I want that because the DLL does not seem to be loaded by
the browser process and I think that might be why putting it in the generic list
isn't working. Carlos' idea.

Okay, lgtm. Also, I think you meant "renderer"
 not "browser," because I saw it in the browser (which we can't block) but not
the renderer.
