Hmm, even if it isn't, I think the solution would be to port the existing uses
of SWP with a fixed token to use this. :)

I don't think this is included in any .gyp(i) files, its not in base.gypi for
sure? I'll just update this CL to delete these files.

ptal, reitveld shows these as M(odifications) but these are svn deletes.
