Fixed SelectFile parameter for the Wallpaper chooser

Hi Biao,

Please review this small patch.

I am changing the way the FileTypeInfo structure is filled so that all image
files are in the same filter group in the File Open dialog. It does not make
sense to differentiate between .jpg and .png files, and even less between .jpg
and .jpeg.
