You should be able to run ./build_sdk.py --pnacl to do it. It will only build
the pnacl toolchain, not newlib, glibc, or host.

Please make sure to run:
  <chrome>/src/nativeclient_sdk/src/sdktry.sh <cl>

To test changes affecting the SDK since the chrome test bots won't run it.

Ok.  trysdk passes.  pnacl for tumbler work.
