The error comes in two forms:

a) In the link step, you'll see this in our windows builds:
10>..\build\Release\obj\browser_tests\autofill_browsertest.obj : warning
LNK4042: object specified more than once; extras ignored

b) Or, you'll get an error at compile time if it happens to try to compile both
versions of autofill_browsertest.obj at the same time (one will fail because it
can't write to the file).

It seems that b) is rare while a) is pretty common. And if you look at the test
output, you'll see that only one set of tests ever gets run (whichever one was
compiled last).

Wow, ExtensionApiTest.Idle keeps failing with this patch, which is weird since
I'm not touching that stuff at all (just moving a file). Perhaps one of the
tests that are being run now has some side-effect - I'll try disabling them and
see which one it might be...
