Can you make a crbug for these changes?

We'll also eventually want to add an appropriate ifdef to GetCurrentPlatform()
in variations_service.cc (once we know what the ios ifdef is). That should also
go under the same crbug.

Actually, it looks like it's OS_IOS, so can you do that change in this same CL?
