Use ui_unittests instead of gfx_unittests.

Use ui_unittests instead of gfx_unittests.

gfx_unittests is just a copy of ui_unittests and will be removed
from gyp.

I just used grep to find instances of gfx and replaced them with ui.  I verified
that all the masters will start with these changes (I ran make start in all the
directories).

I sorted all the blocks and removed the "# from test target unit" comments.  I
also changed 'heapcheck_ui_unit' to 'heapcheck_ui_unittests', but I think we'll
have to update src/tools/{heapcheck,valgrind}/chrome_tests.py to know about
ui_unittests.  I can do that as well.

Yes, please do and submit it before restarting the bot.
You can easily check which binary is to be ran by executing chrome_tests.sh -t

Ah, I just checked.  It looks like chrome_tests.py already knows about
ui_unittests.
