this will cause flicker. Instead of loading the page, then requesting data, you
should pre-load the data via loadTimeData (see 'strings.js')

Sorry, but I haven't been able to find any examples of pre-loading data like
this, where it depends on a parameter passed to the WebUI controller. After all,
it doesn't seem like the ExtensionInfoUI constructor would be an appropriate
place for it.

You can take advantage of the fact that only one should exist at a time: keep
the correct extension id in a static std::string
