the frog version of this should return the implementation type
_CanvasRenderingContext2DImpl.

Where is the getter declared in the interface?

add context3d as well

context3d will need to provide fallbacks for browsers that only support webgl
behind a prefix. e.g.
moz-webgl 
webkit-3d, etc.
