Add more testing to trusted graphics_3d.

Add more testing to trusted graphics_3d.
- Add a test to use OpenGLES C API directly.
- Add a test calling a couple extensions, if glGetString reports availability.
- Add #include <GLES2/gl2.h> and <GLES2/gl2ext.h> to test.

Probably you shouldn't call these Test...(), lest they be confused for actual
tests. (Maybe CheckPixel{PPAPI,GL}?)

Yes, they should.  I'd like to do that as part of the next CL (as well as
attempt to make test_graphics3d an untrusted test)
