Abort: change the magic value written to NULL

Make sure that the magic value can be cast to a char properly.

We could not write 0x2001 properly as it does not fit in a char and the compiler
was changing this to "1" instead. Let's use 0x21.

Could you also please confirm that there is no "README.chromium" do update, I
get a presubmit check warning me about this.

this is "a more correct crash" :-)   .
