Currently adding the log sizes; but if the size cap is more of an arbitrary
large number than a real cap, I can change this to be the max of the two log
sizes.

I picked the numbers based on some sizes of actual logs, trying to pick
something that was about in line with the count limits for some (hopefully)
typical desktop logs. So it's more of an arbitrary number than a hard cap,
meaning that max probably makes more sense.

In the long term I assume XML will finally go away, so it won't matter. If
that's no longer true, we could double the constants and use addition instead.
