Re-enable IndexedDBLayoutTest.BasicTests; expected output updated in WebKit.

Re-enable IndexedDBLayoutTest.BasicTests; expected output updated in WebKit.

The test relies on a WebKit layout test. The test code was updated in
WebKit r117702 but basics-shared-workers-expected.txt was not updated as
that test is not run in WebKit. Expectation updated in WebKit r117800.
