NaCl: Update revision in DEPS, r8592 -> r8626

This pulls in the following Native Client changes:

r8593: (jvoung) Reland llvm merge with upstream from 154816 to 156513 with -O2 for Mac
r8594: (ncbray) Increase browser tester timeout in an attempt to reduce bot flake.
r8595: (robertm) add some comments about bookend subtleties

Please don't rely on the commit queue to commit nacl_revision updates because it
doesn't run nacl_integration.  You should do a full try run first.

I'll submit tryjobs for this CL manually to run nacl_integration tests.
