I'd appreciate your help on this, if you have a second.

If I don't run Layout() in OnOnlineDispositionAutoResize(), the WebView is
resized, but spills out of the window bounds. (I.e. it seems the preferred size
for top level content is not updated)

If I _do_ run Layout(), nothing gets resized. 

I'm sure I miss something trivial, but I can't figure out what it is...

Found it - thanks for walking me through things. Now I just need a review :)

(Issue was that you can't set preferred size when adding to columnset, or it
will never call GetPreferredSize)
