Description

Run the devtools sanity tests as a browser_test instead of interactive_ui_test. These tests don't depend on being the foreground window, so better to run them as browser_tests because those are sharded. BUG=121574 Committed: https://src.chromium.org/viewvc/chrome?view=rev&revision=137143
