I don't think it was a good idea to commit before the win_layout_rel trybot
completed webkit_tests, given that the win_layout trybot failed in compile...
but I guess we'll see how it goes.

good catch -- I'm so trained to assume the win-layout bots always timeout, I
didn't check it.

Looks like there is a groove failure. If it checks out, I will amend the
expectations.
