This re-enables all the cases in TypeDartcTest.dart I used the /// static type warnings annotation to replace the runtime checks. There is one case that fails so I filed a ticket. http://code.google.com/p/dart/issues/detail?id=2348 Committed: https://code.google.com/p/dart/source/detail?r=6001
