Revert "Enable use of #import stmts containing relative paths in Dart multitests" This change broke all of the browser tests, including DumpRenderTree.

I'm not exactly sure what went wrong--perhaps something in the copying functions, because the breakage seems to affect all tests.

appears to have broken all the browser tests.

You can reproduce it locally by running something like this locally:
  ./tools/test.py -m release -c frogium corelib
 
Let me know if I can help debug it. For now I think its best to get the bots
green again. Hopefully it's something simple.

Just FYI: it broke Dartium tests as well
