Description

Mark pub_(install|update)_hosted_test as unflaky. Issue 4974 purports to have fixed the error that was causing this flakiness. If these tests continue to be flaky, issue 4974 should be re-opened. BUG=5065 Committed: https://code.google.com/p/dart/source/detail?r=12514
