Okay, the difference with this patchset is I'm not submitting the changes to
/branches/bleeding_edge/dart/lib/compiler/implementation/native_handler.dart or
/branches/bleeding_edge/dart/lib/_internal/libraries.dart, the reason being
since this CL isn't removing dom_deprecated from apidoc, we also can't remove it
(completely) from the compiler yet, since apidoc uses dart2js.
