Dan -- this CL is identical to my original one with the exception that I've
added the editor file changes as well.

Phil -- I've haven't run the editor tests for this (so something's probably
broken); this is just the proposed change. I'm putting it up so you can patch in
the change and test on your computer (since mine's not set up for editor tests).
You need only look at the editor file changes tomorrow when reviewing.
